Anyine have it on there car here a buddy of mine had it i loved sounded great but was it to loud to take out on a date with???

or go to grocery store or "church"???

I have the full AWE exhaust, sounds great...perfect for dates, even the grocery store, but church is pushing it. I highly recommend it.

 

The best for GT3

 

I have it on my 996 GT3, I think you could do all of those things. It is not too loud at idle, and only gets real loud during wide open throttle.

 

I have it. Best mod I've made. it's great and loud but not stupid loud.

I am also thinking about installing your system. It would be nice if it saved more weight than the claimed 16 pounds but the fact that it makes some HP and TQ in addition to better sound makes it very attractice to me. However, I have one question about the sound. I have listened to the differnt sound clips available for many systems including the AWE and frankly, it is so hard to make a decision without experiencing it in person so I am wondering if ther is a happy AWE customer out there in the Southwest the would be willing to let me listen to the exhaust in a 997 GT3. I also want to know if the exhaust loudness still allows one to hear from inside the car, the beautiful mechanical sounds the engine makes.
