Which would you pick? The stradale is certainly tempting but the maintenance, such as the 40K rotors are a turn off!

Get a regular 997 GT3 for road use and buy a 1999 360 challenge for track(about 60k), both will add up to the cost of a challenge stradale.

Not the 430

either of the other depending on your preference

if the rotors really are $40K (really?) then the RS for sure.

Having driven both..the CS is really special but the GT3RS can be driven everyday if you wanted to. But I have never heard the rotors are $40k hell buy a frull Brembo upgrade for $10-15k

Bruce is correct. Maybe the whole Ceramic system cost $40K not just rotors. Besides these brakes supposed to last 100K miles. I just had mine checked and they all showed zero wear.

EVO picked the GT3RS over the 430 Scuderia as COTY in 2007. Virtually everybody who's ever compared those cars choose the GT3RS. Last time I checked, the Scuderia was better than a Stradale or regular 430.

Does that answer your question?

The Stradale is a blast to drive and my wife won't ever go for another drive in it; the RS is faster on the track only if one really knows what they're doing, but the great thing is your significant other will go for a ride again; and what I hear from 430 owners who have a CS is that the 430 is minor disapointment in terms of "driving experience" after driving a CS.

Depends on what you want the car for?
1) 3 track days a year or less, and street miles
2) zero track use and just street miles
3) heavy track use

1 and 2 I would get the CS, 3 the GT3 RS.
