Question Current pricing for 2007 GT3 RS's

Does anyone have any input on what the MY07's are selling for right now? I have settled on the 2007's, but all of the ones listed on eBay, Autotrader, CARS.com are NOT selling at $110 +

Can a well-optioned ($145+) car be had for $100K ?

What should these be going for? Any thoughts are appreciated

I have seen as low as 100K for tracked/heavily used .1RS's. For the most part I would expect to pay 110K or more. Even more for a special color/uniquely optioned/exceptionally low mile RS. That is just what I have seen for "asking" prices. What people are getting is another matter.

People are trying to sell mkII GT3 RS for $120k. I think over $110k is insane for a mkI. Sure they look pretty with the bright colors but not worth that price.

You should definitely be able to get a good low mileage mkI RS for around $100!

Good luck with the search! If no one is willing to let go for less than $110k then get a mkII GT3 for $105k (current market value)

Seems like the Arctic Silver is the least common color in the .1RS line according to the gt3 registry.
http://www.gt3rsregistry.com/VINs.htm

The .1RS will be more collectable over time as it's the last of the GT1 Metzger.

Recent purchase

Ok I just bought my gen 1 Orange GT3RS with 4k miles and it's perfect for 105 with CPO. Original msrp of 146k. If u want one just like w 5k miles call Craig at Stevinson in Denver as they have a twin for same price. Both cars advertised for 114'but came down to 105. Green will fetch a higher price due to only 43 being shipped to US in 2007-08 total. Champion porsche in florida just sold a 2008 with 152 msrp totally loaded w 3k miles for 114k. They were asking 119k. My friend bought it, in case ur wondering how i know sales price White and silver r rare but don't think they hold value the way the throwback colors wil IMO and I believe Alex at SW thinks the same based on conversations. Good luck. Loads of fun to drive and seriously PM me for the quote I got from Stevinson. They were super nice and have had that car for a while so likely motivated to sell.

I bought a 3k mile 07 with a $150k msrp a year ago for 110

Silver is rare but I think the orange trim scared people away

Orange - most popular color

And reputedly the 4.0 will be the last of the mezger motors... The 3.8 rs is a mezger as well

I am glad that somewhere they are still fetching north of $100k but i think $95 is all the money for a driver

Why would someone pay $114 for a .1 when they can get a .2 for $120 - $125?

I think over time the nice, clean .1 will be more expensive and more collectable than the .2. Gool Luck on your search R!

As the track season has officially started there are far less GT breeds out there on the market. The supply has dried up a little and the ones left are asking too high. Come this fall/winter there will be a lot more

Unless I am mistaken the .2 GT3/RS is actually the last GT1 derived engine. Just bored out to 3.8L.

Hence the 4.0 hysteria
