This is so tragic.

Ben was a great guy. He loved his cars and loved life. I will miss chasing him up and down thru the hills of San Diego.

I read the story and saw the pictures of the crash. Very tragic. It wasn't until now that i heard it was a member from 6speedonline. I always read his posts...even though i don't own a porsche (may be one day)...he was a great guy.

Very sad to hear....i give my sincere condolences.

This is very sad.

I wish peace to their souls.

My sincere condolences to Ben's wife and little baby and Corey's family. I hope they stay strong on these moments.

Heaven has welcomed two good people on this traggic day.

I also feel sick. I can't believe Ben is gone. May he rest in peace. His family will be in my prayers.

OMG...I feel sick to my stomach. I remember reading Ben's post this morning. Although I've never met Ben, but I feel I know him from his frequent posts. That post about Warren Buffet was great.

My condolences to Ben and his family.

As the night goes on, it is clear with all the post that have been added to Ryan's (shank) thread that our community has suffered a GREAT loss. Myself along with most or all the members of this board have either spoken with, PMed, emailed or read one of Ben's post. As I spoke with Darren tonight, he said it best "Ben was my 6speed hero" in regards to the first with the evo supercharger on his 911 and of course getting the CGT. This enabled us to live through him in a sense. Getting his thoughts and impressions etc....
Ben has and always will be a member of our family
My sincerest condolences to Ben, his family and the passenger
the 6speed community has lost a amazing contributor that help make this forum an interesting place.
I am still in shock and could not think of any words.. but you can't put it any better than that.

RIP Ben. You will be missed.

OMG, My thoughts and prayers go out to Charlotte and Coreys family and friends. Eternal rest grant to Ben oh Lord and may the perpetual light sign upon him. I can only find solitude in knowing God is blessing you now as you have blessed us for so many years. God Speed, My Brother R.I.P.

This is terrible. I don't post here that much but I somehow feel so depressed about this. I am actually in shock. I always saw Ben's posts, he was so helpful here, he has even helped answered my questions a few times. I really cannot get over this. I feel like I will see some new posts from his soon, and that just makes me so sad. This is really terrible. He seemed like such a nice guy, a great roll model to some, and left behind a wife and child. This did not deserve to happen to him.

Really makes you appreciate life, no one knows what tomorrow is.

Really sorry to hear about this.

I'm in shock, though I never met him personally only through 6speed. I like many here felt he was a friend. My prayers and thoughts go out to his family. It does make you think a bit more about everything....

always helpful and knowledgeable, Ben was a car man extraordinaire. we chatted about CGT's, the track and he gave me strad leads last week. he loved the track.

God Bless you Ben, and Corey. Vaya con Dios
