A quote to reflect on
 

This is a quote that has been on my desk since the passing of my infant daughter years ago. I come back to it every time life seems too short or unfair . It was written by Seneca.

"While the fates permit, live happily;
life speeds on with hurried step, and with winged days
the wheel of the headlong year is turned."
