I am surprised nobody on this forum has mentioned the silver Carrera GT that was wrecked and caught fire after spinning off track in Indiana at Putnam Park and slammed into a corner workers Volkswagen. Are there any Midwestern people in here?

 

I know of the crash. Jalopnik has the story here. Not much to tell. Car was transitioning across the dry line on a wet track and the back came out. Sad.

 

Too bad we lost one CGT, but at least it was being driven. No one got hurt, no harm done, just some pride and perhaps money.
