Let's track lowest Carrera GT prices

This is the lowest price I can currently find advertised for
a 2004 Carrera GT with 400 miles

http://www.drautos.com/search/srDeta...34&sessionkey={61DC61DA-A2E8-497C-8672-40E1FB476528}

Anyone do better? Need to be able show an ad not I know
you can buy them for x without being able to verify it.

I just left Champion, They have 3 Silver CGT's in the service area, and one sold in the showroom. Times are still good I guess. Now I need to make more money so I can get my hands on one :)

Plus tax..etc? or out the door?

msindi Jul 21, 2005 01:40 PM

Its funny how the only cars that dont seem to depreciate are Ferraris!! I mean this CGT was supposed to be the ultimate/mother of all Porsches, limited, etc. yet look at resale...
Enzos still going for double, F430s and spiders for up to 100K USD premium and even some F360s slightly over or at MSRP...

The argument its a business, they need to make money etc. is flawed cause Ferrari is a business too and doesnt just build cars for fun...They seem to care more about their reputation and how their select owners...oh well

Stephan Jul 21, 2005 02:28 PM

I think the reason for that is because Porsche made to many Carrera GT's.... You look at tge Enzo. Ferrari made 399 offical production cars. And porsche Made 1,500 Carrera GT's. Pretty large Gap.

The price I quoted was an asking price which would not include tax, etc... Since this guy is asking $388,000.00 I am guessing you could get it for less like maybe $350,000.00?

msindi Jul 21, 2005 05:09 PM

#400 was made to raise Tsunami release funds and sold at auction

Can't find where you got that price. Just called them. They are 'anxious' to make a deal. Know they're not getting list.

Asking price is $CAD 2,900,000 which works out to only about $US 315,000 - one of you guys should jump on this!!:D

Who thinks Buddy's exhibiting an unhealthy interest in CGT's hilarious

I'd re-do that currency conversion if I were you. It's closer to $2.376 mil. Maybe it's 290,000 Canadian? That would be about 237,600 US.
