I was thinking the same thing. A salvage titled Carrera GT might be my only hope!

In a situation like this, would the electrical wiring and harnesses be the only (possible future) problem?

Unfortunately you would have to add in every component that connects to the harness.

Do any of those include bridge property?

IF this car was in a flood ....RUUUNNNN AWAY quick.

The electronics issues this car probably has or will have will make the bargain purchase your biggest regret.

I think this is a scam

http://www.prestigeautorepairables.c...rlando-fl.html

I looked into this and spoke with Prestige. I was informed that the owner is driving in CA and would not disclose where. They want you to purchase the car without seeing the car. I offered to go out to CA or Orlando FL to check out the car and they declined due to "insurance reason." They require 30% down payment immediately (without seeing the car) and they will ship it to you and final payment (70%) due upon receipt.
