I am #6 on my dealer's list. My guy told me they have been allocated 6 so far, but 3 of those were from the factory. His explanation was they have a list and take deposits and I am #6 on this list, but Porsche gives certain clients an allocation (I presume for their 918 purchase or maybe because they've purchased 130 911s over the years??), and they have 3 of these clients. Will there be more allocations coming up, or am I SOL? Dealer claims to have little to no insight on this and I can't wait around forever to see if my number gets called. I'm hoping you guys have some insight into the production runs and allocations on the GT3RS. FYI - they got 8 997.2 GT3RSs.

 

I saw the gt3 rs in person and its massive. the 21's rear make the car look huge from the rear end. All in a good way

There was one here in Atlanta at Caffeine and Exotics. We all drove to the sight and the guy was pounding it modestly. Not really letting the revs go up. I'm sure he is still doing the break in on it. It sounded wonderful.
