parking on an incline

My parking garage at the office has spaces at an incline and a couple of level ones. Can anyone say if parking at an incline nose up leaning right will cause oil to collect in one part of the motor which will reduce lubrication on cold starts or is it a non issue?

The Mezger engine is a dry sump design so all the oil sits in a reservoir above the engine and is distributed by multiple pumps to the various parts upon startup. I can't see where it could possibly be an issue.
