More RS's!
 

I just got word from my dealer to come on down and spec out my RS. I was 2nd on the list and the dealer originally received 1 allocation. He said that the "people that should know" told him that Porsche's intentions are to release another round of cars to the dealers....something like another 229. He didn't say whether these would be an 08 or more 07's, frankly I don't care as long as I get one.

Just wanted to tell those who were next in line at their dealers that there appears to be fantastic news. Have them check with their district reps.

For those who have spec'd out their RS: Has anyone chosen the black painted trim pieces options for the dash. I saw one with that and it looked fantastic.

For my Orange RS I have black painted rear center console and black painted trim around PCM - that particular piece delayed my car in Exclusive for 6 weeks! But it is on the way now. I hear is it look great, I will know for sure in 3 weeks!

I think I'm going to do the black painted vents, gear shift surround, and the cupholder trim stips.

I saw photos of it and it looks great.

Are you going to get PCM w/chrono plus? I want a lap timer, but am not big on the big navigation screen. I might have to just get the chrono pack even though i'm not thrilled on the looks.

The RS comes standard with the "sport" button I believe with or without any of the chrono options.

Havent heard such.
