I think that they cheapen the car. i am surprised that Porsche would make a fake exhaust an option. They are obviously playing a marketing game to poseurs.

The make it appear that there are four exhaust pipes at the rear when there are only two=fake. Ferrari would never do that.

richard,

where's the line between bogus and functional? i think all CF, etc interior stuff is bogus, but people like it.

i think porsche delivering gt2's with heavy boat anchor wheels stock is the most bogus and wrong of all.

I agree CF is a fad, but at least it isn't totally unfunctional. The GT2 wheels & Ceramics just doesn't add up. Pay huge $$$$ to safe weight on ceramics then put the weight back on with cheap heavy wheels. With the price on the car you should expect state of the art magnesium wheels.

My GT3 is due in late June. The dealer has no knowledge of those exhaust tips arriving with the GT2/GT3. Do they actually fit?

I think those pipes look fine on the wide body cars like the TT and GT2...Doesn't look right on a GT3, imo...

The four-tube tips look better on the widebodies than the narrow IMO.

Say it ain't so!... Only in California (and Florida) were people have money but no class.

Saw a GT3 with about $15,000.00 worth of heavy stereo equipment, at least it was well hidden.
