I just hooked up the Racelogic Performance Box to my car and did a few tests.
Here are some results:
0-100kph (0-62mph): 4,08 seconds WITH power launch!!! (see video)
0-100kph: 4,80 seconds average WITHOUT power launch, SPORT mode enabled
0-160kph (0-100mph): 8,80 seconds WITH power launch
0-200kph (0-124mph): 13,40 seconds WITH power launch
Quarter mile (402m): 12,45 seconds WITH power launch
Doing a good launch with an E-gear equipped car is not easy. For me it took out an average of 0.5 sec in the tests.

What do you consider/technique for a power launch? Put the car into
first gear and mash the throttle?

When you engage sport mode, can you turn off traction control on your car?

Sport more, traction control off, punch it. Revs to 4K and drops the clutch.
