Performante - Satin PPF, Photosync Nano IR Tint, & Modesta BC04 Coating
 

We had the pleasure of working on this beautiful Performante recently. Here is the general process that we've documented. For this project, we did:

1) Full body Satin PPF custom installation. Our 100% Custom installation makes this the most seamless clear film install in the industry. We do not use any pre-cut kits or customized kits that have too many seams for our client's liking.

2) Spectra Photosync Nano IR Tint (the best performance window tint in the world). Many of our customers prefer lighter shades rather than dark shades. Spectra Photosync is the best heat rejecting film in the industry, available in shades as light 75% VLT and as dark as 35% vlt.

3) Coated the entire car with Modesta BC04 Nano Titanium Coating. Modesta Coatings are among the best Nano Ceramic Coatings in the industry. Their BC04 coating is fully compatible with the advance PPF that we carry. When applied to film or paint, it adds luster and an additional layer of protection from the elements and road grime.

Next up, here are some shots of the Satin PPF being installed onto the car. Our 100% Custom installation results in the most seamless install in the industry.

Note, the second photo details how seamless our edge and corner wraps are. Most installers are using pre-cut kits or custom pre-cut kits. The down side to those is you often have corner notches, exposed areas, or wrinkles or overhanging excess film.

After the film is installed, we applied a thick layer of Modesta BC04 nano titanium coating on the film to help make maintenance easier, and to create an additional layer of protection against the elements. To complete the coating, the car is put under short wave IR heat lamps to ensure proper curing. The Coating also gives the film a deeper and richer satin sheen.
