I wouldn't chrome my sink......but, if you have to make a fool of yourself, it's a great colour.

Brushed nickel would be my recommendation, that way it will match his faucets.

what's with all the hate? there's been far worse done to cars on this very site than what 50's done to his car which i think is very clean and unique.
