Quattroporte - Clutch Position Sensor

Hello,
Cluth position sensor is unresponsive and car will not shift into gear....
Where exactly in the bell-housing is the clutch position sensor located at ?
Also part number please.

it may be part of the pedal assembly and not in the bell housing at all

The sensor is behind the thrust bearing. It can only be replaced by removing the complete assembly. It is buried in there. I'd recommend getting it diagnosed by someone who can read codes and data to confirm the fault. Most of the time when that happens, it is the pump. But when that happens, the car won't start either. I hope this helps.

F1 or Cambio pump. When you open the door and you hear an electric motor running, the F1 system is priming. If you don't hear that and have an F1 car, it will not start and it's time for a calming drink.

does a ferrari SD2 computer read this ecu? I'm just starting to look at these cars and know it has some ferrari parts, so sorry in advanced if this is a stupid question.

The SD2 and SD3 work on that as long as it has the Maserati Software.
