Hi Guys, New to 6 speed and Maserati here.

Moving out of NYC and will need to pick up a car now. I am strongly considering a 2008 GT if I can find one ~ 40,000.

Any general buying advice would be great, and tips on what to look for in a used 2008 model.

Attorney by day, wife is a doctor, so pretty sure I can keep up with the Maintenance and servicing, we just made a huge condo purchase last year in NYC though so I'm not really in a position to spend more than that (or so) on my car right now.

Have several different cars and I will admit that I love to drive my Granturismo S more than any of them. The exhaust note alone is worth the price. Wonderful car to drive. Relaxed when your want it or be and loads of fun when in sport mode. Not the fastest of sports. Ars but who ares. Everyone who see it loves the looks and the sound. Go for it.
