Well... When it comes to supercars, it must be better and faster in order to be successful. The car won't necessarily be up to the task, just because it comes from McLaren. The motor they decide for this car, could make or break it. The engine in an automobile, is the heart of that automobile, so it's a very big deal. The McLaren F1 was indeed one of the best supercars ever, and it's BMW V12 engine was amazing, especially for it's time. The same can't be said about the SLR though, which is McLaren's latest supercar. The SLR isn't very special. It may be a tech-marvel, but it's 5.4L AMG engine is common and definitely not supercar worthy. If McLaren puts the 6.3L AMG engine in their new supercar, they will be taking away from the car's exclusivity, just as they did with the SLR.

Seats are out getting redone. Sorry about the last shot being blurry. Was holding the lid up and shoting at the same time.

Ferrari's are not put together as well as Porsche's I can say that. This being the first for me. I still want a 288 GTO leather seats oh so nice.

Yeah the SLR is a HUGE failure. It's only one of the most successful super cars ever built.
