Havent been a mclaren fan until now. If this can be had for under $200k, then porsche tt and ferrari 488 will be in trouble. Exotic mid engine like ferrari for a porsche price. This should have been their initial offering instead of unloved 12c

 

The 12c is an amazing car. Now that every car company is going turbo, the 12c and McLaren are starting to get their due respect.

Drive one and you will understand.

 

If I had 650S money, that's the only car I'd be looking at right now.

I'm not really a fan of this 570 though. Not that I can afford it, but I wish I liked the cheaper model in case I could afford it someday. I don't think the lines are nearly as nice as the 650 and P1. And the array of little LED's in the headlights make them look like the ebay projector lights that everyone puts on their cars.

 

i disagree vs 650s. this is rare case of me liking the least expensive of the range more than top of the line.

i would take a 458 for its na 9k redline or maybe a huracan if i needed a warranty for same reason. otherwise, this is looking pretty good choice for the money (depending on what its price is, of course)
