Hi Chris, I want to do the undo hack on my 997.
Are you still work at Irvine? because I call them and they said you are no longer with them.
Please email me your contact. paulkimoc@gmail.com

This winter depending on funding will do coolant fittings welding ,upgrade LSD ,4.0 clutch, LWFW, 996 cup shifter cables , and maybe 4.0 gear pinion.

Do plan eventually on changing and storing PCCBs for Coleman or giro disc or stop tech. That would be after the above. I do have the PCCBs checked. After 4 track sessions all good.

Hi GTRR, I saw your car at Chris's shop in Irvine, looks awesome! I'm thinking about putting the H&R springs on my 2007 Carrera S cab, but I'm afraid the harsh ride. Can I contact you and maybe meet you somewhere local to see your car again? I'm in Laguna Beach so I can meet you anywhere in S.OC. Thanks Jeff 949 280 2933

Hey GTRR your car looks great by the way. I am thinking about going with the same wheels for my C2S and I have a question. Are your 19s or 20s and are you using spacers. I am also, thinking about put eibach spring onto lower th car. THank you, Tony

Thanks for all the info GTRR. I live in Fountain Valley, and hit the Cars and Coffee meet most every Saturday. I would love to meet you and check out your *****en C2! I'm in the market for exhaust, and wish to hear how killer your rig sounds. Cheers, Klaus Heim. [appdevman@hotmail.com]

    >Thanks for the feedback. I went with tune+fabspeed muffler+fabspeed intake. I love the low end power. I think the car is quicker, but don't know for sure. It sure feels stronger in acceleration. I am thinking of adding fabspeed 200 Cats+IPD Plenum+fabspeed or x51 headers. That's almost another $4K not sure its worth it for another 15 to 20HP. My total investment would be about $7K then....the turbo was only $10K....

I would do only 200cell cats if you feel budget constraints. headers and plenum are, well, i would say - optional. they may add up a bit of power in 6k-8k rpm range but not very much. if you can get used x51 headers for very cheap - do them, just be careful with bolts. on plenum - i would skip it.

hi, on FI solution question i do not want to go down that road as i do track car a lot and from my experience most m96 engines do not survive it for long. thare are some exceptions that do live long happy life with a turbo or a supercharger but most of them end up as cattman`s. plus my car still has CPO warranty until mid 2012, after that when i will be 100% off factory support i will think of it again probably. will see.

so far i quite happy with x-pipe and softronic - car pulls strong and very equally until redline and it is all i want from it.

anybody interested in a set of 19" Carrera lobster wheels for purchase? These were takeoffs from an 06 Carrera. 3 in great condition. Road rash on the 4th one but fixable. Let me know....$750 takes them all!
