So today, i took the liberty to testdrive one, a similar example to your car actually, hence the reason of the PM, it was a 2006 black on black nicely optioned cayman s.
Regardless, I have several questions to ask you.
The car has sport chrono, prem package, navi and some nice red accents in the interior.
The car has 20,0xx miles and the seller is looking for 40,000 flat.
Are there any main issues addressed to the first model year of the cayman s?
Also, porsches I've sat in or driven in had REALLY precise, "tight" and direct, springy shifters that was just a blast to engage upon, almost better than a s2000 ( if you know what i mean).
How come the shifter on the caymans i just drove was "sloppy" and loose and felt more like a e46m3 manual? Is there something wrong? Am i describing the shifter feel inaccurately? lets just say i wasn't blown away from the whole driving dynamics of the car and i need additional insight.

    Hi Pearlcoupe35,

A friend of mine (and fellow P-car guy: he drives a 996GT3) who is not a 6speed member read that you were looking for a Cayenne TT with a black interior. He is selling his CTT and wanted me to PM you to see if you were interested in his. We are both up here in Rochester, NY. His CTT is a 2004, metallic gray with black interior, 35K miles. Mostly driven by his wife (i.e., not thrashed), no mods., no accidents. He can provide further info. re. specs. and options and asking price.

Here is his contact info. if you are interested:

    Thanks.
