Hey, sorry just saw this. Did you get this hooked up yet? I did not use the illum or power antenna wiring. The can wires I used the adapter from euro speed kit. See that link I posted, it tells what wires to hook up to

I am a bit upset that the this unit is not really " plug and play" from Shane; that said, i have the stuff in my house and i will get it in my car. I have attached a wiring diagram; could you do my a huge favor and tell me if it looks correct?

Did you use the illumination wire?
Did you need the power antenna wire?
Plus, how did you make the Can high/low connections : Shane wants me to splice into the OEM brown wires, but i think you had an adapter in your kit? My Bezel and harness came from Shane.

    Frustrated - Greg

That Bezel was recommended by Shane at Al and Ed's Autosound, they do a ton of Porsche's and have a good rep. I looked at the Pioneer model 8400 and almost bought that, in a way I wish I stuck with it but you had to buy the navigation unit separately. I think UI looks a little more modern than the Alpine. The Pioneer mixtrax sounded like a great feature. I do think the Navigation on Alpine it better than the pioneer. But either will get you from point A to point B. I am bummed about the Bluetooth audio not working as great as I wished. But in the end I got everything I wanted, DVD is nice for the kids.

    Hi
Thinking of the same setup from Shane. Why did you get the bezel from Euromotor sports? Did you look at the Pioneer model?
    Thanks
    Greg
