Next weekend is the Speed World Challenge / ALMS weekend


I hope some of you California 6 Speeders will come out and check out the race weekend.


We are once again running our Porsche 996 GT Cup in World Challenge Speed GT.

The GT Race is Saturday afternoon

9:00 a.m. - 9:20 a.m. Qualifying - SPEED World Challenge Touring Car
9:25 a.m. - 9:45 am Qualifying - SPEED World Challenge GT
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Practice - American Le Mans Series
11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. Lunch
11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. SPEED World Challenge Drivers’ Autograph Session
11:05 a.m. - 11:35 a.m. ALMS Sponsor Pace Car Rides (by invitation only)
11:50 a.m. - 12:35 p.m. Star Mazda Series Race #1 - 45 Minutes




1:05 p.m. - 1:55 p.m. SCCA SPEED World Challenge GT Round Seven Race – 25 laps (50 minute max)






2:10 p.m. (approx) Post-Race Press Conference for top-three SPEED GT Finishers (Media Interview Room)
2:05 p.m. - 3:05 p.m. Practice - American Le Mans Series (All Classes)
3:15 p.m. - 3:35 p.m. Qualifying - ALMS (“LM” GT1/”LM” GT2)
3:40 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Qualifying - ALMS (“LM” P1/”LM” P2)
