I 've been hearing more and more chirping about Jordan and 360 Forged from various forums. It seems like they are doing business the wrong way.

the pretty penny these 'high end' companies charge you would not expect these petty arguments - customer service is dead...as is consumer confidence.

I ordered some wheels from then in the middle of November. The wheels were paid for in full when the order was placed. They will not return my phone calls to give me the status of the wheels. The issue is being handled by my credit card company. I will never do business with them again, and I'm a dealer.

That thread has def. been causing some issues - that's a customer in Russia. Believe me guys, there's 2 sides to this story...I won't get into details. But if you read the thread in detail you'll see that he has 360 Forged wheels on his ca, and is waiting for the Carbon fiber centers to arrive. Yes we were delayed, but they're about ready to ship so hopefully he'll be a happy customer again soon...We had a pretty bad backorder and delay due to our move, and permitting and a few other things that were beyond our control so we have some pissed off customers. Anyways, all backordered products are machined now and in some form of finishing. Every day we are shipping out 8-10 sets to catch up.

I think that pretty much sums it up guys. I'm going to close this thread. I'm hoping that this is growing pains combined with a difficult customer. I'm not sure why it was posted to begin with. Being in the industry I know how backorders and problems with suppliers work. I've seen it, HRE has seen it, etc. I have spoken with Jordan and I'm convinced his supplier has him painted into a corner here.
He sells fantastic stuff guys, let's give him the chance to dig out. It is my hope his lead time will be greatly decreased in the future and this issue goes away. Let's give a good sponsor the benefit of the doubt and a chance to make things right here, shall we?
