I see nothing from Japan that looks remotely close to the new 5... in fact, I see nothing from Japan or anywhere else in the world with headlights that copied Mother Nature's owl eyes.
It's interesting how there's this prevailing negative innuendo when something is of Japanese styling v. German/Italian. It's bordering the absurd. I've seen goods and bads from both sides of the pond.

That's too funny. I think the same thing when I see either going down the road. TWIN'S....
Has anyone put much thought into the production number of 350 on the CLK BLACK. I went to three dealers today and all said that only 100 or 150(can't remember which number) are coming to the US. Out of the 3 I did find one that said they don't believe they have received a deposit yet. If that's the case, I will put a deposit on it tomorrow when they call me. I never put much thought into the production number. I just assumed it was 350 for the US, but my dealer said they got a memo and it stated the 100 or so. That will make it far more difficult to get

I don't see any negative innuendo, but you can't expect people to sympathize when something loses its own identity in hopes of copying a competitor, especially a high-end European car manufacturer.

Has anyone else heard of the 63 AMG powerplants not making propsed HP/TQ numbers? I've been reading that everywhere and haven't seen any updates on whats the latest news. I'd hate to spend 135k and only get 380whp as others have been getting????

It's too bad you can't see it, maybe you need to visit your optometrist. The most glaring example, apart from the "asianed" 5er is the brand new CL, whose headlights share an uncanny similarity to the Scion tC's.

That's 98 RON, roughly equivalent to US 91 pump fuel.

This one will be interesting. Get your BS monitor checked because it's outta control.
Not a big fan of mercedes... but. man.. that car looks awesome!!! I decide to stop for BMW and favor Mercedes more... Since that GM guy took over BMW; their cars haven't been the same...
