I'm looking to move into the LA area in around two years with my fiancee/ (wife by then) to work for a few years...unfortunately buying a house like that would be outa the question lol...but damn..hopefully one day...

Both houses I own in Texas are worth just over what you knocked off your sale price!!!! I can't wait to move out there sans the new mortgage payment. House is awesome...I passed the link onto some people that are doing better than me!

Assuming BH has a 1.1% tax rate, which is quite common in the LA/OC area, taxes would be just over $23K per year, or $1900 a month (AKA most people's mortgages)

A price adjustment of 250... jeezus, my parents house wasnt even that much when they bought it.
