SOLD Restored Chris-Craft Riviera
1 Attachment(s)
I had this Boat Sold on Ebay for $35,000 90 days a ago, and ended up with a deadbeat bidder... Given the time of year the very least I'll take for it is $25,000 or Delivered anywhere in the 48 or Canada for $27,500...
1951 Chris-Craft Rivera : "Conundrum" She is a rare 16ft 1950 Chris-Craft Riviera, tastefully converted to Chevy Based V8 power. Only on the lake 3 times ( less than 3 hours total) since a carte blanche, 2 year restoration By Canadian Heritage Boats, one of North America's foremost Wood Boat restorers and builders. Over $80,000 invested. My mother and I had this boat built for my Father for his 60th Birthday. It was the perfect gift for the man who has everything. Here's your opportunity, Unmatched in quality and finish. A true joy to take the Family for a "put put" in at sunset. Converted to a Small Block Marine Chevrolet V8 during restoration. Fully Sorted, Absolutely Stunning and Perfect in Every way. Full Marine Survey Completed Prior to storage in 2007 with no issues whatsoever. Includes nearly new Galvanized, EZ-Loader Trailer, used 3 times. Don't Mistake this boat for an ornament! Although in perfect condition, it is meant to be used and enjoyed! We built this boat to enjoy and drive, not sit in storage. It was thoroughly tested by the restorer and needs nothing to take for ride other than this Boat is currently in storage and winterized, it will need to have a proper run up prior to its use. Man I have always wanted a Riviera, but taking this into saltwater out here would kill that restoration so fast.

wow .... thats is stunning ... wow
|
It's a shame really, it's ended up being garage art though. I would rather someone enjoy it than stare at it.
|
wow, this is an amazing example and a great deal at $25k!!
|
GORGEOUS!!!! Any more photos you can email, including shots of the restoration? Does it come with a trailer? Thanks.
|
BTW - my WIFE even loves it and she's not in to these types of things.

there are more pics here... http://s360.photobucket.com/albums/o...ats/conundrum/ I dont have any of the resto other than these "before" pictures which gives you an idea of the scope of the restoration. Everything is new, all of the wood, kevlar & fibreglass reinforced wood hull bottom, new wiring, plumbing, driveline, chrome, interior, gauges restored etc etc etc, shows as new... better than new. http://i360.photobucket.com/albums/o...onundrumb4.jpg and yes the trailer is included. |
