2.11 Carat Diamond For Sale - Orange County
Cleaning out the safe and I had pretty much forgotten about this beautiful 2.11 Carat Cushion cut diamond from a previous relationship I had over 10 years ago (We never got married). So I sent it to GIA (the WORLD authority on grading precious gems) and had it graded, had the report number micro laser inscribed on it and had it sealed from GIA.
I want to be clear....this is NOT a "yellow" diamond....it appears to be white as can be on the finger.... when compared to $15-20,000 High end diamonds in the jewelry store....they are whiter.....but I have seen several that were $10,000 + that I thought were VERY similar to my untrained eye....I will tell you this....when my girlfriend wore it...it would routinely solicit comments from complete strangers on a regular basis....this ring gets a LOT of attention. Tell someone you paid $10,000 - $20,000 for it and NOBODY would blink an eye. It's that impressive.
I looked LONG and hard to find one as eyeclean as this one and I paid over $8500 for it 10 years ago and have a appraisal from a GIA certified gemologist for $17,500. The first three photos are accurately representative of what it looks like in person.
$6500
Here is a photo off my iphone taken on my knee, in natural light, in my car and were NOT edited or altered in ANY way.
Photo taken indoors under fluorescent lighting.
And here are some photos of it mounted in a setting for size reference.
