I need a couple of used t mobile phones...

Anyone got a couple or even one laying around to sell for a reasonable price? Just added a couple of lines for my mom and dad and they only use them to the tune of 10 or 20 minutes a month...so I don't want to shell out too much to buy new if I don't have to ........

Thanks

Chris

Chris,

Are you spending a monthly charge (e.g. $9.99) to add them to your plan? If you are, then you're better off just putting them on prepaid T-Mobile To Go plans. You can get them cheap phones, then buy load them with prepaid minutes. If you spend more than $100 for prepaid minutes, then the minutes are good for 1 year. I got my mom off of her $24.99 a month plan with Cingular and set her up with 1000 prepaid minutes for $100, which easily lasts her the 1 year that they're good for (so $8.25 per month). And everytime she reloads, it extends all of her minutes out for another year.

If your parents are part of your plan for free, then just buy the T-Mobile To Go phones and swap out the SIM cards. Here's one for $30: http://www.t-mobile.com/shop/phones/...8-c81b4845789e

You're welcome.

So did you get your parents on prepaid plans, or just get the phones and swap out the SIMs?
