Nice pics, Mike. I'll try to avoid duplicate posting.
The original AMG hammer (red) was pretty cool. Turns out the innocent-looking Merc convertible, marked as a 280 SE, has something more serious under the hood, as well.

More from St. Patrick's Day weekend at Katie's.
I want to try something a little different here. The last two pictures below are of my friend Jeff's beautiful Lotus Elan. The two pictures were taken just 4 minutes apart. Who here knows what classic Elan design feature is responsible for the differences between the two pictures?

Hey Chris - yeah bud, I took ELNOHR (her new vanity plate - and some know the story behind that) out for the first time in a LONG time. Had her out all day and put 150 miles on her. Was so much fun!

That Zagato or one looks just like it been sitting at dealer for long while. I blv it belongs to one of the many owners there. I know they were real pricey new like mid $500k. Wonder if they've dropped like a stone like most all other Astons?? Fitting that soon they will all have AMG engines... one of the other all time depreciation champs. Just the kind of cars I love to own on the second go-round. I'm not too proud to let someone else be cool for the first yr. and take the big hit LOL.

Old car suspension really is like smthg straight out of Indy Speedway museum... ever there go see museum it is awesome.
991 TTS is one badass car. Not crazy about overall look, I think it needs a little "more" whatever "more" is, but at same time I'd say w/ firsthand knowledge, seriously almost too fast for street car. I suppose "more" might hinder that uber speed. That is color I'd get.
...but yellow 599 GTO!! I don't think I've ever even seen a yellow 599 much less a GTO. Also don't think I've ever seen GTO w/out stripes. Those r some rare and totally badass birds! Sound is unreal. Most I've seen had the color match luggage inside, and if I recall correctly it doesn't even say Ferrari.... just "GTO". Value notwithstanding, probably my favorite all time Ferrari... till they come out with the F12 equivalent I suppose.
Guess I better start getting my a-s up and going to Katie's.... that GTO is something u def. can't just go see at dealer whenever you want. Obviously some of the other attendee cars too but pictures suffice for them for me... that GTO damn I wish I saw that!!

I took a little video when the owner revd it up a little for a little kid.
There maybe better videos out there than mine and I would not be surprised if that GTO comes again to Katie's
