Great Falls Meet - Saturday, Oct 18th, 10am – 2pm
Wanted to extend an invitation to the 6speedonline members. The theme this year is Supra's and GT-R's but in past years there's been many different kinds of exotic and rare cars that attended the Great Falls meet which are all welcome too. So if you're at Katie's for Cars and Coffee, feel free to swing by the Great Falls Park a bit later for Cars and BBQ! It's just down the street from Katie's. 
It’s here once again, the “Great Falls Meet” is back!
Since 2001, the yearly Great Falls Meet has been an incredible Supra meet for the DMV area including PA, NJ and even NC and Toronto. Through the years, this meet has been able to host anywhere between 30 – 60 Supras at a single location. For different reasons it has been held at various locations but this time the Great Falls meet is back at the original location and with an interesting twist!
For his year the Great Falls Meet will be labeled as the “Great Falls Supra/GTR Meet”. With the large number of GTR owners in the area as well as Supra owners, we figured this would be a colossal meet. Having two of the most legendary and dominant Japanese performance cars in the world all in one place will be an incredible sight.
The meet has always been a success in the past because all the owners contribute by bringing food/drinks to share with everybody. So please feel free to bring things that can be easily shared such as chips, dips, bottled water, soda etc. If you bring hotdogs or burgers please ensure you bring the buns as well. There will be a grill nearby with all the necessary things required such as charcoal, grill utensils, napkins etc. The grill will be self-served so you and your family are welcome to use it.
This is a family oriented event, so everyone is encouraged to bring their families along. Besides the chance to admire Japanese legends up close, you can also enjoy a nice walk around the Great Falls National Park and take a closer look at the impressive water falls. The Great Falls Meet is a time for owners and enthusiast to come together and hang out in a family, friendly environment. We hope to see a lot of people that we haven’t seen in a long time and also get to meet new owners!

Time: 10am – 2pm (parking is limited and can accommodate about 80 cars so its first come first serve, so try to arrive early so we don’t lose spots to the park visitors)

Parking: Please note that there is a $5 per car fee to get in the park. Once you pay the fee, make the first right after the entrance station and follow trail to the parking section. We will utilize that area. Refer to this diagram:

NOTE: Please remember that this is a public park and there are families with kids and pets running around. You are required to exercise caution at all times while driving. That also includes no burnouts, revving or anything that would attract negative attention. We do not want to cause problems or situations that can put people at risk or cause us to get kicked out.

Yeah, seriously. Everyone's trying to get that push in before the weather turns on us! I'll be hitting Katie's to meet up with everyone before heading to Cars and Bacon.
