how are mini's in snow and Ice?
I am thinking of getting one for a daily driver in the mountains of Colorado. I am looking for gas milage and a little fun to drive. I also have a truck for really bad days and hopefully trading in the Carrera for a gt3 for track days.
I am interested in the clubman, are they in the states yet? Thanks |
i lived in Colorado and owned a cooper S for a year. drove the hell out of it! snow days and mountains. i even drove it few times to go skiing in Vail. This car is so much fun.

I live in Sweden and use it as a daily driver. That ought to answer your question :p
Get good winter tires (Iv'e got Nokian Hakkapelitta V) and the car's just as good a winter car as any fwd if not better. A good car config is even more noticeable in the winter and the Mini is set up pretty good. |
With the right tires they are wonderful in the snow. Call me if I can help.
