Hi everyone. I am a long time Porsche owner and currently have a 2007 modified 997 Turbo. Incredible car but I am looking to make a change to something a little more toned down, so I will need some good advice sometime in the future!

Welcome to the 6! How much toned down are you thinking? 991 C2S?

Tone down or Trade Down?
 

Thanks for the reply. My thoughts have been, non Porsche. As in Aston Martin or Maserati but I greatly struggle with giving up the awesome reliability of my Porsche. Another thought is to actually tone my Turbo down. It has an FVD Brombacher exhaust and I'm at the point now where it is simply too loud for me. Any thoughts on an alternate exhaust? I don't want it to go to sleep, just something without all the droning!

Do you have the stock exhaust still? We offer a Billy Boat Exhaust, but I have a feeling that might to loud as well. Have you driven any of the other cars on your list?

Perhaps you have a Catalytic Bypass set up on the car currently? If you can pm me or email me a picture of the current exhaust with the date stamp and part # I can get you a quote on a quieter muffler or system. Since our systems are modular we can swap out components for you to make the system more to your liking.
