SSNISTR you stated you are not a hater, clearly it has shown otherwise in everyone of your posts. i could careless whether you believe the time or not.
but you are really far behind with that physics stuff that you mentioned in almost everyone of your post regarding ring times. i don't know if you aware theres something called technology. Superior DCT that switch gears with UNINTERRUPTED powerband, does the ZR1 offer that? Superior Attesa AWD system corrects a lot of human error in and out of corners, does your precious ZR1 offer that?
im not saying GTR is better than ZR1 in anyway, cause i respect everycar out there, even your camaro for it's straightline performance. but to belittle the competition like you do is just unreasonable.

And what is your point? Do you even own a car, you haven't even filled out a profile? My car is fully modded and I have no issues beating 911's, Viper's and other "high end" cars with my car. I have a SCCA license as well and know what I am talking about when it comes to driving unlike most of the people on here. I have 1/4 mile and road racing experience and I know how to set up a car for camber/caster etc....

Ring times are like a standardized test. Some will say it is a great representation of a cars ability, others will not. I think it is. And BTW, I have read like 30 reviews on the GTR and all of them said it was almost too easy to drive, so show me the sources that said it was hard.

The electronics don't drive your car. They keep you from getting you car into a ditch. And pah-lease don't respond with a "if you were a good driver you don't have to worry about that" because on a track that may be true but in the real world, you can not drive a 500+ hp car (especially a rwd car) on the crappy streets of america at it's limits and not f^ck up eventually. If you still don't believe me, see the recent thread about the 997 GT2 crash, and he wasn't even driving fast...
