Local install shop for IMS retrofit install for Boxster?

Plan to order the IMS retrofit kit for my 2000 Boxster since the transmission needs replacing anyways. Any local shops near San Jose that can do this work? I tried to contact LN Engineering to get a recommendation but no reply yet. I will be putting in a new clutch and RMS while we are at it.

Alex, is this something Sharkwerks can do?

Thanks, David

David,

If Alex, James and Dan are backed up, try Marvin at RennShop: http://www.therennshop.com/home

You can't go wrong picking either shop.

Thanks guys and we actually don't do engine builds for the M96 block and just the GT1 based engines;( Sorry!

hey David... doh.. I just realized you only wanted it retrofitted/installed as opposed to having an IMS failure fixed;) Way different and yes we can do that... It's like doing a clutch job plus 2-3 hours only;)

I got mine done at www.flintworksauto.com since he was dropping out the guts anyway. Alden is located in campbell.
