Let's chat on Saturday but if you are serious about going - get hotel and car rental ASAP. Hotels w/in 30 miles have been fully booked for a few months now.

I'm actually may go with my brother, which got me into F1. Maybe I'll give him a heads up. Thank you for the tips.

I may still show up for this Saturday, but 4sure to sign the waiver. The 5 de Mayo drive sounds interesting, I'm alreay on the close-FBgroup so I'll be watching out for that.

I have been following F1 and wanting to go to Austin. Are they selling the VIP seats license right now? I don't want to pay that extra $ when I go; so I'm waiting to see what the regular seat price will be. Are you planning to drive there as a group?
Eugene -- I just looked up the location of the winery. It's really close to Infineon (Sears Point) Raceway. If you go up there, you might want to swing by and check out the track and Wine Country Motor Sports (the store at the track). Also, I just noticed that NASA is doing an HPDE up at Infineon this weekend, so there will be some cars running on the track.

Thanks for the advice Eugene, I've been to Infineon and the store before; my brother was doing a track day there.
