So as most of you know I am in the forklift business...

One of the most interesting aspects of selling forklifts is getting to see all the various types of businesses that use them...

So yesterday I get a call from a customer who has three of our lifts and wants us to buy one of them back as his business is slow.

It is in their other warehouse that they are subleasing out... I tell him that I need to come look at it to see if we are interested in buying it back...

So we go to this nasty little ware house on the east side -- and it turns out they have subleased it to a few different people...

I run into this beauty being worked on -- just your run of the mill $2 million Bentley (supercharged)...

Now I know that most, if not all of us, are not into these really old cars, but their beauty is undeniable and I was shocked to see it in this warehouse being "unrestored" as the previous owner chromed too much and it was not period correct...

Just thought I would share...

 

WOW. That thing is a masterpiece! I'd have to check my pants after seeing something like that randomly.

 

That's crazy. I could see that car winning a car show or two after if restored to like new condition.

 

it was unreal...

a couple of old Porsches, ss impala convertible, 68 ss camaro with 22K original miles, old corvettes, old fully restored Land Rover, this Bugatti was getting some service...



The whole place was a sight to see...

With all the money in the area, these "little" collections are all over...

 

There is indeed a LOT of money in the area.

 

I want to see what's under those sheets! =)
