I'm to busy drinking Red Bull...

To be making any lemonade. But that seems to be the plan that life has for me today.

So this morning my car was broken into (The Mercedes, NOT the Audi). They caught the punks and then one of them even had the sense to take a swing at the cop (getting himself a broken nose for his trouble). Not gonna lie, the knowledge that the SOB was in pain made me feel a little bit better inside... I told the cop to let him know that he was lucky they got to him instead of me. The cop had a good laugh and said he'd pass the message along.

Thankfully, I keep nothing of value in the car, but they did have the class to trash my interior. Oh well, that's what insurance is for... Right.

I'd post up pics, BUT, this afternoon my computer decided to die on me. :) At this point I just have to laugh. Thankfully I have the web at least until I go out and buy a new PC. Sony had the good sense to put a web browser on the PS3. Plus the 60 inch monitor is NICE. I could get used to this kinda thing.

So. Gateway and Thieves suck. Sony and USAA (insurance) both rock. Now I know why having two cars is a good thing. What a day...

Sorry to hear about the break in but very glad they didn’t get to take anything and that one was apprehended. What part of FW do you live in?

Good to hear you were able to get a little satisifaction out of the ordeal. Sadly I received none when my car was stolen last spring. Although insurance took care of me so that was nice.

Where did this happen? My car was stolen right in front of the office windows in Kent. Just last week my friend had his car broken into around the Renton area. We've had numerous break-ins around the parking lots at work and neighboring businesses as well. Just from my own personal experience, this area seems to be a haven for auto related crime. Luckily I live further up north. Dare I say never had a problem up here yet.

They caught both of them...

Just up the hill on the south side of Redondo. It's a nice neighborhood, and some punk kids were looking for trouble. We've got a cop in the neighborhood, and as a result we are always pretty well patroled.

The Mercedes has a sufficient alarm, it's what got the cops attention. They were apprehended almost right away. Just had enough time to ruin my Wednesday.
