Dep %: 81% (2.5 years)
Annualized rate of dep: -45% (thats like the stock market this year but for 1.5 more years).

Fcars are losing their value, but not nearly as fast as the luxury market.

Now IS a good time to buy....if you don't have to sell in order to buy.
I don't believe that for a minute unless it had over 50,000 miles and a salvage title. That really is way too cheap for an S65, even in this market.

I hear you man. I just wait for a small little rattle because that means I get a free carwash, cookies and coffee everytime I take mine in. Even if they can't reproduce the rattle.

I couldn't either....they were following it on mb world .org. for a while.

Here is one for $59K with 25K miles.

I used to take my car in for every rattle, now I just gave up. Also after experiencing how much a DB9 rattles I don't complain so much.

Dealer could have easily dumped it after being on lot for 4 months or so for close to trade in value. I agree it's pretty cheap but there are a handful out there in the upper 50's right now so maybe some dealer gave the guy 40k trade in and they wanted their cash bad enough to dump it.

There are bargains to be had everywhere, it seems. Just for kicks, I was browsing for RS4s and found several in the low to mid 40s. They were in the 50s just a couple months ago. Plenty of bargain hunting to be had right now. Like PJ said, "must resist the temptation to buy!" Repeat as necessary.
