OT: Need a good boat mechanic

Hi guys,

I am assuming that many of you are boaters here and I am in need of a good mechanic. I would like to find a good small independent shop or possibly a mechanic that does some work on the side. I am willing to go anywhere in Western Washington, location is not a huge issue.

Thanks, Adam

i use yarrow bay marina. the service is excellent in both quality and timeliness but it's very $$. you can save a bit going to lake union but it's a lot more work & coordination for me.

i would also be eager to find somebody good for this

10ptmust is infamous around these parts
I used to go to Stewart's Marine in Ballard. Larry's a grumpy old guy but a kick if he takes a liking to ya.

I don't know if it's still there.
