Lived in Vancouver for over 20 years and I know hwy 99 south of Massey tunnel well.
In this case, since all the drivers are like 21, they are probably rich kids whose parents are busy making money overseas.
I really wish people have better regards for the laws and the safety of the road, regardless of what cars you drive. Not impressed by this, at all!

Two more caught yesterday in West Vancouver. Porsche C4S and what appears to be BMW 335I. Caught at 143k in 60k zone. Both drivers tried to escape. One crashed into a ditch and while the other got away they found the car/him at the nearby High school. Both are 17. Cars impounded for 7 days. They will be charged with the speeding and also evading the police. Police are applying to the Provincial government for "seizure" where the cars can jus be "taken away" and sold. Happened to a Ferrari driver in last year. Both cars had "N" tags which means new drivers out here.
