Easiest way:

NJ Turnpike to Exit 13A (Goethals Bridge) onto I278 East

Staten Island Expressway (I278 East) to Verazanno Bridge

Verazanno Bridge to Belt Parkway East

Belt Parkway to End (Bear Left onto Southern Parkway East)

Southern Parkway East to Exit 22S (Meadowbrook Parkway South)

Continue on Ocean Parkway

The meeting spot is right off Ocean Parkway
