Panamera bluetooth setup and functionality is the best I've experienced
Gotta give due credit.
Setting up a new device in the Panamera is the easiest and most intuitive of any car I've owned (as well as any car I've tried to help the owner set up). It's functionality is, by far, the best in my experience as well. Great sound, no complaints from the party on the other end of the line, great ingegration with my iPhone phonebook. |
How does it compare with the Bluetooth in your GL450? I am trading my GL450 on the PanaTurbo when it arrives.
Also, can you play songs from the iPhone over Bluetooth, or does one still need to plug it in to the armrest connector? |
- Setup is light years easier in the Pana. Completely intuitve. We had the battery replaced in the GL and now have no bluetooth, cannot figure it out even after RTFM and are waiting for service appt. next week to have the dealer re configure.
Sound quality is about the same. -I dont know if you can play songs over the bluetooth. I have always plugged mine in. |
The bluetooth in our Tesla Roadster hooks up to the iPod function in my iPhone 3G and plays songs really well. I was just curious if Porsche had this function, as well.
Thanks for all your info. |
Agree, BT is intuitive and so easy to set up. Easier than Lexus LX. Our Maser BT not inutitive at all to set up and had to take it into service to get it set up to my Blackberry...took 3 service guys to figure it out.
