Another Satisfied Customer @ Jack Daniel's Porsche in N.J

Recently, I purchased a 2011 Panamera, but there was an issue after I picked up the vehicle with the tires. Initially, service informed me that I would be billed $1200 for replacement tires:eek::eek::eek:. Nonetheless, Salesman Bill Dechmeister and General Manager Evan Gemma did not hesitate to “right a wrong” as the initial tires should not have been on the car. They exemplified what it means to be professional and courteous to the customer. I really appreciate such great service especially in these times where often people forget about the servicing and making the customer happy:), Kudos to Bill and Evan for a job well done!:D It is good to know that when you are spending your money, there are still dealerships out there that will go all out to satisfy their customers. So with that being said, they have a customer for life.....:D:D:D

are you serious - be careful

be careful, do not trust the sales person Bobby who I had, there was a slight black mark I saw and when I tried to clean it off there was a deeper scratch....it must have happened before delivery of my new porsche...I was told later that Bobby was aware but just had someone cover the scratch....ARE YOU KIDDING ME...I will never go back there again....he offered a better price but when you're spending 90-100k for your dream car I'd pay a few hundred or even a couple thousand dollars more for someone I could trust...

My guys name is bill, and he has already followed up with me 2 times to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I guess it like anything else u always get a bad apple or 2 in the bunch, safe to say it is a big dealership. It could be also he knows I want to be one of the first ones on the order list for a new 991.... Hilarious

My experience is slight different, after they have learned that I shopped around and knew all the numbers, they stopped responding to me. Perhaps they will contact me when they can beat my best numbers but thought it was rude to just stop responding.
They also told a colleague to look at a different brand when he submitted his bid, which is the number I got from a different dealer, guess they didn't think he was porsche worthy.
