Swapalease.com is a good place to start. Also seen a few others, just none are coming to mind. Can you lease a CPO from Porsche Finance?

There's a Turbo on LeaseTrader.com that looks to be a nice deal.

And, yes, it appears that you can lease a CPO:

Porsche never really lets the original owner off the hook for a lease trade. The original owner remains responsible if the new guy defaults - that is why you see few if any on leasetrader.com
