After years of research and development, Australian based Carbon Revolution has succeeded in solving one of the last remaining holy grails of the industry - A full one-piece carbon fiber wheel.

The entire wheel structure is molded as a single piece utilizing high end composite materials, currently built in sizes 19x8.5 (15.4lb) & 19x12 (17.9lb) and designed to mount directly on Porsche 911's. Good work for the innovation! Most of rims on the market right now are just CF overlays rather than actual CF material. The weight saving definitely will improve the performance significantly, however I do still have the doubt on the supporting strength. Would be nice if you can actually show the product images. Hope the result will keep up with the expectation. Good Luck!

Additionally, Carbon Revolution ensures that critical tests are repeated in real-world conditions. Here, a test wheel is driven at a 2.25” high impact strip at increasing speeds up to 60mph (97km/h). Due to the lightweight and durability of the design, no damage is imparted on the Carbon Revolution part. Repeating this test with an Aluminum wheel demonstrated just how impressive this result really is. At a speed of only 50mph, the Aluminum wheel suffered permanent damage and the test was stopped for safety reasons.
