Does any one know what this wierd switch is for?
While detailing my car I noticed a small switch at the base of the pillar between the doors. Basically above the floor to the left of the driver's seat back. Seemed rather odd to me and couldn't find a reference to it in the manual... Had the car for a year and only just noticed it. Anyone know about this?

Don't touch that switch!!!! It will turn your car into a transformer and wipe out all of Canada. Wow I am glad I saw this post. I just saved a few Hockey Players.

It's to turn off the interior motion sensor when the car is locked.

Got it-- thanks....pg. 248 of the manual.Strange that I never noticed it beforehand.
