How much discount for CPO's?
For those who bought a CPO what is a reasonable discount off from dealerships asking price.
Take this 2014 P4 for example with asking price of $76k: http://www.porscheplanotexas.com/cer...2a6482969c.htm |
I don't have an answer to your question, but who knew they even sold black over black cars in Texas?
|
The dealerships have to pay Porsche approximately $2,400 in order to CPO the car. This does not include any work that needed to be done in order to allow for it. Most dealerships also know that they need to be competitive with people using, ebaymotors.com, autotrader.com, cargurus.com and other internet searches.
I would think you would not do much better than a few thousand dollars (maybe $2,000-$4,000) off of the listing price. |
Appreciate the response. I was hoping for more. I see people claiming 12-18% off when purchasing new but those are for higher optioned cars. Guess not as much room on the lower end?

$3000-3500
