If you get it for around 85k with cpo then it's a great deal.

Without CPO?

I would think it would be less 3K for the CPO and then some.
But how much is some?

from a dealer you should be at 57K. That includes the cpo package. Also I am thinking around 30K miles and has passed the cpo certs. 57K on the road + taxes + tags of course. If you get it less than that, you are doing well. Just my estimate. Don't mean to offend others who may have paid more and congratulate others who paid less.

Thanks for the comments.
For the one I am considering at a P dealer, we are on the same page.

There is a similar car that was a trade in at a non P dealership.
I am thinking that 50 would be the right # there.
This would be deducting for the CPO, as well as value of the 5 year service and some hold back for contingencies.

Need to share more info on the car at the non P dealership. How many miles? What will it cost to get it Porsche CPOed if its even possible? If i were you I would stick with the P dealer and try to get him closer to your price point and get it Porsche CPOed. There are unknowns that you want to insure and one big failure could cost you a whole lot more with a non-P dealership. Plus I have heard of horror stories with non Porsche warranties. Do your homework. Good luck Fred. Post pics when you get it.

Doing the math, your car has retained 46% of it's MSRP

Any thought on if the Turbo is representative of the Panamera line, or does better or worse?

you think you did well and that's what matters. A few bucks here and there is not gonna make a difference considering what you are gonna get out of it.
