Yes the bushings will transfer more noise and vibration than rubber bushings (they even mention this on their website)- they also need to be greased regularly or they will squeak

I think that seller just protects himself about the noise... because these are made from soft polyurethane, and it is only 4 of them in the car, and in control arms, not in sub-frames ....
regarding greasing they has to be properly greased during installation, I can't imagine how you could grease them later .... I have other cars with all bushings from polyurethane,
never greased in 7 years - no squeak ...
